I've spent my whole life following plans and diets. I'm actually really good at it...but sticking to something for a lifetime is another story!!
Once I changed the way I looked at myself, a good honest look, my whole thinking patterns changed as well. I realized it's not only about losing weight, but wanting better health, and not continuing plans which were actually hurting me! As you could guess, the weight loss was a by-product!
I'm all about living your BEST Life NOW! Body, Mind, Spirit.
